The Art Coop at Gallery 39

LATEST...LATEST...LATEST.... Westward Ho! & Bideford Art Society is holding its 88th Summer Exhibition at the Burton Art Gallery & Museum in Bideford . Some of our members are exhibiting their work there.

The Art Coop at Gallery 39 is an artist co-operative gallery formed in 2009. The gallery aims to promote the work of local artist makers and is based in Barnstaple, North Devon. The work on sale is a mixture of media including paintings in watercolour, oils, gouache, textiles, fused and lampworked glass, stained glass, wood, ceramics, silver and button jewellery.

The current full member artists are:
Simone Hunt, Sue Martin,Jenny Smy, Ailsa Addicott, Razale Scott Olivier, Helen Bailes, Ian Hudson, Bron Harris. Details of their work can be seen in the galleries and on their web links.

There is further work on sale by Jo Pryor, Alison Nicholson,Sarah Woolfenden, Sarah Gallifent, Jan Lye, Ken Hildrew, Tony Williams, Lorraine Smith, Gill Burbidge, Brian Andrew, Margo Benson, Jane Lawrence,Lani Shepherd and many others.
